Disclaimers & Policies

To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both your child and the caregiver, please read and understand the following terms before booking:

Health & Wellness

• Children must have a body temperature of 100°F or lower at the time of my arrival. I will check and verify temperature upon arrival at the venue and periodically during the duration of the booking.
• If a child is found to be sick or running a fever above 100°F, services may be refused, and the booking may be canceled without a refund.

Behavior Policy

• For the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved, children must exhibit non-aggressive behavior.
• No spitting, hitting, or throwing objects is allowed. Repeated violations may result in early termination of the booking without a refund.

Caregiver Safety

• If at any point during the booking I feel that the environment becomes unsafe—whether due to people, pets, or surroundings—I reserve the right to leave immediately.
• In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

Medication Policy

• For legal and safety reasons, I do not administer any medications to children, including over-the-counter or prescription drugs.

Breaks

• I may take short bathroom breaks during the session. Breaks will be brief and taken responsibly, without compromising your child's safety.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in loss of the deposit.
